Future Total Solar Eclipse Calendar (1997--2035) -- A chronological list of all Total Solar Eclipses from 1997 through the year 2035 (including duration, path width, and location for each eclipse). The 38-year period from 1997 to 2035 provides 29 chances to witness totality. (This includes total and annular-total eclipses.) If you were able to position yourself on the Earth at the point of maximum eclipse for each of these events, and you were blessed by clear skies during totality, you could spend a total of about 95 minutes in the shadow of the Moon. That's an average of 2-1/2 minutes per year under optimum conditions. The extreme rarity of totality, coupled with its visual beauty and true cosmic grandeur, make it one of the most exquisite natural experiences available on planet Earth. Also, view the World Map of Total Solar Eclipses (1997--2020).

Ten-Year Eclipse Overview (1997--2006) -- A chronological list (with selected details) of all eclipses (solar & lunar) for this ten year period (45 eclipses of all types in this ten-year span).

Past Total Solar Eclipses Calendar (1900--1998)-- A chronological list of PAST Total Solar Eclipses in this century (including duration, path width, and location for each eclipse). This list (with two maps of North American total solar eclipses) can help you go back in time to determine if that really was a total solar eclipse you remember from the past.
